Tell us whether you need loading at the origin, unloading at the destination, or help at both ends. Explain what vehicle or container you are using and who is arranging its transportation. Loading and unloading-only service should not be assumed to include a moving truck or transport.

Share the inventory and access details

Include furniture, boxes, large or fragile items, stairs, elevators, parking, and the distance from the vehicle to the property. Send measurements or photos of difficult access where useful. Tell us about items needing disassembly or special preparation.

Coordinate your vehicle or container arrival

Confirm when your rental vehicle or container will be available and where it can lawfully be parked. Share provider restrictions and building requirements before scheduling the crew. If the arrival time changes, contact us promptly to discuss availability.

Discuss equipment, materials, and packing

Confirm who provides the necessary protection, restraints, and other materials, and what the agreed service includes. If boxes or fragile items still need preparation, discuss packing support before the crew arrives.

Minimums and booking details

We have a two-hour minimum. Describe your loading/unloading-only job in the instant quote or contact our team for help selecting the appropriate service. Your written estimate confirms the agreed scope, charges, and booking requirements.

Prepare for the crew

Keep walkways clear, boxes closed and labeled, personal essentials separate, and an authorized contact available. See our day-before preparation checklist. We can also discuss a full local move if you need transportation as well.
