Decide what fits before packing

Coordinate with the community
Ask about moving hours, parking, elevator reservations, required documentation, and who will provide access. Confirm when the residence will be ready and share any loading restrictions with us before moving day.
Packing, moving, and furniture placement
Discuss packing help, fragile belongings, furniture preparation, loading, transportation, and placement at the new residence. Confirm the agreed services and materials in the estimate. Keep essential personal items, medications, documents, and keys with the resident or authorized contact.
Arrange removal separately from the moving inventory
If unwanted furniture or bulky items need to leave, ask about junk removal. We can discuss accepted items, scheduling, and pricing. Do not mix items for removal with packed belongings going to the new home.
Clear booking basics
